Corporate Engagement

The Disaster Resource Network welcomes corporate partnership with companies in the engineering-construction industry in an effort to improve international disaster response.

DRN offers business leaders in the engineering-construction industry a range of options for contributing to international disaster response and preparedness,   each with a clearly defined purpose, transparent terms of engagement and standards of accountability.  To further the engineering-contruction sector’s impact on international disaster response and mitigation activities, the DRN welcomes participation in the following areas:

  • joint development of specific disaster response initiatives or projects based core business competencies or markets 
  • direct financial contributions
  • membership on the DRN Advisory Board
  • the advanced commitment of equipment, goods, services and expertise


To assist DRN and its partners in a coordinated effort to improve internationl disaster response, companies can assist in two ways: a direct financial contribution (see below) or the advanced commitment of goods, services, personnel, technology, equipment or expertise.
